Parkside Townhome Owners Association

All Townhouse Units built in Parkside Village are subject to the Parkside Village Homeowners Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (as amended and supplemented). Townhouse units owners are also members of the Parkside Townhome Owners Association for maintenance of Common Areas within Townhouse Lots. CCRs are posted on the Documents page.

Townhomes Disclosure Packet

For sale of a Townhome in Parkside Village [Lots 48 through 71], homeowners (or their agents) must obtain TWO disclosure packets:
• From Parkside Village HOA
• From Parkside Townhome Owners Association

IMPORTANT: If you are considering selling your home, please do not delay requesting the disclosure packets. An inspection of your lot is required to review for any violations, and the HOA may take up to 14 days to complete the packet.
