Disclosure Packet Request Information

For ALL residential lots in Parkside Village [Lots 1-23; 35-71]: Homeowners (or their agents) wishing to obtain a disclosure packet to provide to a potential purchaser must submit a request in writing to the Parkside Village HOA.

For Townhomes [Lots 48 through 71] an additional packet is required.
Please contact Real Property Inc 971-1600 to obtain a disclosure packet for all Parkside Village lots (single family homes and townhomes)

IMPORTANT: If you are considering selling your home, please do not delay requesting the disclosure packet. An inspection of your lot is required to review for any violations, and the HOA may take up to 14 days to complete the packet.

• Declaration of CCRS and Subdivision Plat This is the main document which sets forth the covenants for the neighborhood and includes provisions as to assessments, maintenance and obligations of all homeowners. These covenants "run with the land." If you are an owner of a lot (single-family house, or townhouse unit), you are subject to this document and any revisions, amendments, or supplements.
• Articles of Incorporation This document creates Parkside Village Homeowners Association, Inc.
• Bylaws The bylaws set forth rules as to the conduct of the association including voting.
• 1st Amendment to CCRs Various amendments and restatements to CCRs.
• Supplementary Declaration and Phase 2 subdivision plat Adds Phase 2 property.
